1. Who we are

MyGameZone is run by Gamivoza, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 713-181-46-46 (“we”, “us”). We run the free-to-play poker games Social Poker Holdem, The Poker Club Pro, Global Poker and Blue Chip Poker, on the web, on Facebook and in our apps (together, “the games”), and the website mygamezone.app. Gamivoza is responsible (the data controller) for the personal data described in this policy. Company details are publicly available in the Polish business register (CEIDG).

Questions about your data or this policy: contact@mygamezone.app. You can also write to us in any game: open Messages and choose Contact support.

2. What we collect

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal bases

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR we rely on: contract – to provide the games and the purchases you make; legitimate interests – to keep the games safe and fair, prevent fraud and improve the games; legal obligation – to keep payment and accounting records; and consent – where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the games, and only as much as they need:

Other players see your username, picture, level, VIP badge, chips at the table and what you write in table chat. We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our players and the games.

Requests from public authorities. We give personal data to a public authority only when the law requires it. We check every such request: who is asking, on what legal basis and whether it is lawful and proportionate. We challenge or refuse requests we consider unlawful or too broad, disclose only the minimum data needed (usually only the account the request is about) and keep a record of each request, our response and the reasons for it.

6. Cookies

The games use cookies that are needed to work: a session cookie, an optional “remember me” login cookie and, after you open an EARN CHIPS invite link, a referral cookie that keeps the invite code for 30 days. More in our Cookie policy. We do not use advertising cookies, and the mygamezone.app website itself sets no cookies.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@mygamezone.app from the e-mail address of your account (or tell us your username); we may ask you to confirm it is your account. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to a data protection authority – in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or the authority in your country.

9. Deleting your account

To delete your account and data, e-mail contact@mygamezone.app or use Contact support in the game. We delete the account within 14 days and confirm by e-mail. Chips, VIP time and items on a deleted account are lost. If you played through Facebook, you can also remove our app in your Facebook settings; to delete your game data, contact us as above. Step-by-step instructions: Delete your account.

10. Children

The games are only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security and transfers

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, limited access to our servers and regular backups. Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the games about important changes.
